My name is Theo Kroese and I founded Moving As One. I help leaders and organizations to change and grow. I like to let people experience their individual and collective (change) potential and help them realize their collective ambitions. 

For more than thirty years I have been involved in initiating, leading and successfully implementing change. In doing so, I have extensively studied the dynamics of success and identified its preconditions. This has given me insight into the management practices that, unconsciously and unintentionally, actually lead to resistance or delay. I have recorded my experiences and insights in the book Effortless Change and a series of newsletters on LinkedIN.

Starting points in my work

In my consulting and coaching work, the premise is that both people and the organization have the wisdom they need to change effectively. After all, you know yourself better than anyone else, and no one knows an organization as well as the employees involved. In doing so, my role is first to help clarify the situation and understand what causes frictions. To that end, I inspire with insights and experiences about behavior in organizations. Then I help to create insight into the potential of employees, individually and collectively. I like clarity and therefore I always make sure there is a focused (action) plan, in which it becomes clear how you are going to realize your ambitions. To this end, I also support the decision-making process. If desired, I will help temporarily to make your change a success.
